Note: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal
information (as defined by CCPA/CPRA) such as government identifiers, complete
credit card numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information beyond what
is necessary for payment processing (handled securely via Stripe). Please
refrain from providing such data.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following
categories of sources:
- Directly from you: When you create an account, subscribe to
our services, fill out forms, or communicate with us directly.
- Indirectly from you: Through your activity on our website

Note: We do not "sell" or "share" (for cross-context behavioral
advertising) your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA without your
explicit consent.

sensitive personal information.

How to Exercise Your Rights:
To exercise your Right to Know, Right to Delete, or Right to Correct, please

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We

6. Google API Compliance
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API
Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data Access: When you connect your Google Account to our
services, we access certain data, such as email content and contact lists,
solely to provide our services (e.g., for email validation or enhancement
features).
- Data Use: We use this data solely to provide or improve our
services and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to
provide or improve the services, comply with applicable laws, or as part of
a merger or acquisition.
- User Control: You can revoke our access to your Google
Account at any time via your Google Account settings.
7. Third-Party Data (Your Email Contact Lists and Content)
When you use Endbounce services, we may have access to information contained in
your email contact lists and, where relevant for service functionality, email
content.
- Data Access and Use: We access your contact lists to
facilitate email validation and other related services. We may process email
content only to provide services such as email tracking, analytics, and
automation features if explicitly enabled by you.
- Data Security: Only authorized personnel have access to
your contact lists and email content, and solely for purposes of providing
support and improving our services. Your data is stored securely using
industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
- User Control: You can export your contact lists and email
data at any time through your account settings. You can also modify or
delete contacts from your account as needed.
8. Data Retention Periods
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the
purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or
reporting requirements.
- Information for Service Execution: As needed to provide
services, and up to 3 years after account closure, unless a longer period is
required by law (e.g., for dispute resolution, legal obligations).
- Marketing Information: 3 years from the date of collection
or your last active contact, unless you opt-out earlier.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Evidentiary information
may be retained for the statutory limitation period (generally 5 years) for
